Chef Marcus

Michelin-trained Chef Marcus brings a global perspective to California's seasonal ingredients, drawing on his Japanese and Hawaiian heritage.

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he honed his craft in acclaimed kitchens including RN74 and Michael Mina before leading to Chef de Cuisine at Camper in Menlo Park, where he helped earn the restaurant recognition in the Michelin Guide.

Marcus' approach balances precision with approachability, grounded in fresh ingredients, refined execution, and warm hospitality. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a special celebration, or a multi-course tasting, every menu is designed to bring people together around great food and meaningful moments.
